Carolina Gonzales

Carolina Gonzales is a Project Manager at Noria. She produces marketing campaigns and content for Noria’s brands, including the Reliable Plant Conference & Exhibition. She also oversees a variety of other special projects for Noria.

She holds two ICML certifications—ICML MLT and MLA I. Seeing maintenance & reliability professionals transform their careers through lubrication and reliability education is one the most rewarding parts of her job.

Carolina graduated with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Houston and got her start in digital content production at the Houston Chronicle. She has been with Noria since 2021.
